Start in Whitehall and drive north-east about 2 miles on Hwy 53 to the junction with Hwy S at the unincorporated village of Coral City. Turn right on to Hwy S and continue south-east about 2 1/2 miles to Shelly Ridge Road. Turn right (south) onto Shelly Ridge Road and drive south-east 2 miles to rejoin Hwy S. Now turn left on to Hwy S and follow Hwy S back north and west to the junction with Larkin Valley Road (which you passed by earlier). Turn left (south) on to Larkin Valley Road and drive south about 2 1/2 miles past Rat Road to Snake Coulee Road. Turn right (west) on to Snake Coulee Road and drive to Schansberg Road. Drive north on Schansberg Road about 4 miles to the junction with Hwy 53 and the end of the tour.
 

Along this route are numerous Amish farms, some with small retail shops and services. These include food items, leather goods, furniture and fabric shops. There is also a sawmill, ferrier and buggy shop. Watch for signs indicating products, services and hours of operation. These shops are always closed on Sunday. The Amish prefer not to have photographs taken of themselves. As you enjoy the beauty of this area and observe the old world life style of the Amish, please show respect for their privacy and religious tradition.
